CAA GIRLS Flag is open to girls only from the age of 8-13 years old. This year the League will have 2 age-group divisions (8U, 9U, 10U) AND (11U, 12U, 13U). Your child’s age group is based on her birthday as of August 31st, 2026. The league will assign all players according to the player's age as of August 31st. *Players may request to play up one division – subject to League approval.

Players will be divided into teams via a League draft (date TBD). Parents/Players DO NOT attend the draft. It is for confirmed Coaches and League Officials only. Anyone not deemed as a Coach will be asked to leave the draft and not allowed to participate. If you would like to be an assistant coach, please ensure you do so during registration and your age group commissioner will reach out to you once registration has closed if needed.

To create a fair and balanced competitive environment, players will be asked to participate at a mandatory assessment day. At this time, coaches will assess the player's skill level to create teams that have a mix of experience so that all teams can be competitive against each other.

We are always looking for volunteers! Assistant coaches must be 16 years or older and Head Coaches must be 21 years or older. Please considered volunteering as a coach when registering your player.

Practice Days and Times are set by the Head Coach of each team. Coaches may schedule 1 - 2 practice per week, Monday - Friday in the late afternoon or evening. Practice times may be as early as 4:30pm or as late as 7:30pm. PLEASE take this into consideration prior to registering your player for this league. Refunds WILL NOT be issued due to personal schedule conflict, late practices or practice being too far away from home.

Refunds will be provided for any player not assigned to a team. Otherwise, refunds may be issued up to 9/30/2026 less a $25.00 transaction fee.
