• If a player gets hurt or quits your team, the league will add a player from the waiting list. 

• All teams will have a Head Coach and 1 Assistance Coach – Max 4 coaches per team.

• No Schedule requests.

• All coaches will receive a lanyard with their badge. Must wear the lanyard and badge for practice and games.

• Girls Flag 8-12 - Only have 4 protects. 

• 6u-8u Flag– Only have 4 protects.

• 9u-11u Flag – Only have 6 protects. 

• 12u -14u  Flag -  Only have 8 protects. 

• 12u and 14u 7v7- Only have 10 protects and the league will draft 4 more players, total 14 players.

• 15u-17u 7v7 – Only have 10 protects and the league will draft 4 more players, total 14 players.

• We will only have 8 teams per division for the 7v7 League – 16 teams 

• TeamSnap will be used for the head coaches to receive info from the CAA Flag Football League.
