RULE CHANGES FOR THE UPCOMING SEASON

If a player gets hurt or quits your team, the league will add a player from the waiting list.
All teams will have a Head Coach and 1 Assistance Coach – maximum of 4 coaches per team.
No Schedule requests.
All Coaches must wear the lanyard they are given with their CAA Badge during all practices and games.
Girls Flag 8-12 - Only have 4 protects.
6u-8u Flag– Only have 4 protects.
9u-11u Flag – Only have 6 protects.
12u Flag - Only have 8 protects.
14u 7v7- Only have 10 protects and the league will draft 4 more players, total 14 players.
15u-17u 7v7 – Only have 10 protects and the league will draft 4 more players, total 14 players.
We will only have 8 teams per division for the 7v7 League with a total of 16 teams.
TeamSnap will be used for the Head Coaches to receive information from the CAA Flag Football League.

Your Head Coach will pick the day and time of practice.

TEAM UNIFORMS

Coaches will pick-up team uniforms on December 4th, 2026 at the field house from 5-7 pm.

Registration FEES for FLAG and GIRLS:

July 1st Registration OPENS with a July Special for $200

September 16th the Registration fee will increase to $250

Practices will begin on November 9th, 2025 - coaches will get in touch with their players before practices begin.
