RULE CHANGES FOR THE UPCOMING SEASON

If a player gets hurt or quits your team, the league will add a player from the waiting list.
All teams will have a Head Coach and 1 Assistance Coach – Max 4 coaches per team.
No Schedule requests.
All coaches will receive a lanyard with their badge. Must wear the lanyard and badge for practice and games.
Girls Flag 8-12 - Only have 4 protects.
6u-8u Flag– Only have 4 protects.
9u-11u Flag – Only have 6 protects.
12u -14u Flag - Only have 8 protects.
12u and 14u 7v7- Only have 10 protects and the league will draft 4 more players, total 14 players.
15u-17u 7v7 – Only have 10 protects and the league will draft 4 more players, total 14 players.
We will only have 8 teams per division for the 7v7 League – 16 teams
TeamSnap will be used for the head coaches to receive info from the CAA Flag Football League.

Coaches will pick-up team uniforms on December 4th, 2025 at the field house from 5 pm - 7 pm.

a Level 2 Background Check with Fingerprinting

STEP ONE

Begin with Complete Concussion Training
Concussion in Sports: Recommended for Coach, Parent, Administrator, Official, and Performing Arts at link:

Create an account and take the 30 minute course, but make sure to save your Certificate of Completion at the end of the course because CAA must retain a copy on file.
Email the Certificate of Completion to Dara at admin@creeksathleticassociation.org

STEP TWO

Complete the CAA’s Background Check Request Form at link: https://forms.gle/6Zw747YpRpeabfVA8

Must upload a PHOTO of yourself for the front of your CAA Badge
Must upload a picture of the front of your Driver's License
Must upload your Concussion Training Certificate

STEP THREE

Get Fingerprinted and then you are DONE!

Then the screening process begins when your prints are submitted to the FDLE (time varies from a few days to a week).
Your CAA Badge will be created and a copy will be emailed to you to save on your phone so that you always have it available.
The hard copy can be picked up at your concession stand when it opens.
